About

Hi, I'm Shiri.
I turn complex products into experiences that feel simple.

A product designer with a background in industrial design and product management. I work on complex systems and B2B products, and the design systems behind them, starting with the people I design for.

Portrait of Shiri Meron

My path went through industrial design, product management and running my own e-commerce brand. Each step taught me something I still use: how things are made, how products are managed, and what it takes to ship.

Most recently, I was the sole designer on a complex B2B platform: specs, information architecture, UI, a full design system and dev handoff.

I care about user-centered design, problem-solving and turning ideas into products people find easy to use. I use Claude in my workflow and I'm still exploring where it helps most.

Experience

My journey.

    • Sole product designer on a bilingual project management platform for a B2B construction-tech company (2025–2026): UX, information architecture, UI, design system and dev handoff.
    • Designed and managed Shopify websites, including Tempdrop, BiliBlond and Fine Lab.
    • User-centered product work for clients: wireframes, prototypes and usability testing, with design solutions that align with their goals.

    • Owned the B2B shipping applications for an e-commerce SaaS platform end to end, from inception to execution. Contributed to a 25% rise in user satisfaction and retention.
    • Managed large-scale Shopify e-commerce projects through their full lifecycle, including Terminal X Greece, Story and the Panda mattress brand.
    • Wrote detailed specifications, wireframes and prototypes for back-end and front-end engineers.
    • Ran user research and feedback loops to find pain points and improve the experience.
    • Worked with management, R&D, QA, design, business and data teams, in agile sprints with a product Gantt.

    • Redesigned and launched the company website: research, UX and UI, working closely with the developers through development.
    • Rebranded the online store to reflect the company's values and strategy, and designed campaigns for specific events.
    • Designed hands-on while managing the design team, defining the work between teams to stay aligned with the Gantt.
    • Led editorial teams of SEO managers, developers, copywriters and social media managers.

    • Founded a beachwear and lifestyle e-commerce brand: website, brand identity and marketing.
    • Ran market and user research, qualitative and quantitative, to define the target audiences and the consumer strategy.
    • Designed the collection from concept to delivery, including production: importing textiles and working with tailors and suppliers.

How I work

Spec first, with Claude.

I write the spec first.

Complex screens get a written spec before any design. Every meeting with the client ends with an updated spec, so the product, the business and the code stay aligned as the system grows.

Claude is part of my workflow.

I use Claude to draft written specs for complex screens, produce quick mockups for review, and run feedback rounds. Design decisions stay with me and the client.

The design system is the source of truth.

Tokens, colors and components come only from the design system, so new screens start from the system and not from scratch.
